Latest Free Browsing Trick Using BOLT - Globe Users Only

Posted by vonne at 9:47 AM
Once again, I'm here to share something about the fastest mobile browser, the "BOLT" . This free browsing trick for bolt was supposedly shared late December last year but because of some unexpected Network Provider's Updates, we call this unexpected updates as "katayan ng IPs", so I decided to share this when the trick is in a stable mode. I've been using Bolt trick two weeks from the last katayan, so I think this is now ready to use by everyone who wants Web-based like experience. See full features of this fastest mobile browser HERE.
So now we go to the trick - proper.  This is an step by step instructions so read and understand carefully.

Start Here
  1. Download Bolt here using a PC. Save it in any location you want. The filename should be "Bolt211HandlerUI150.jar".
  2. Connect your mobile phone using a usb connector and put it in a mass storage mode or usb mode.
  3. Copy the Bolt that you have downloaded earlier and paste it in your mobile phones memory card.
  4. If there is an error occurred regarding with pasting of Bolt211HandlerUI150.jar into your memory card, just do this. Before transferring the file, change first the filename to Bolt211HandlerUI150_jar. Yes, you just replace the period or dot into an underscore(_) symbol. Then transfer it. Remember, this is just done when there was an error in the copy-pasting process, Okay? Next. when you have successfully transferred the file with the underscore symbol on its filename, just go and browse your memory card and rename the file back to Bolt211HandlerUI150.jar. Yes, I know your thinking the right thing. We just replace the underscore back into a period. Is that clear? Still alive? We're near into the finish line of FBT/UBT. After renaming, you should see an icon just like the image above (just the circle one with lightning) .  Proceed to Step number 5.
  5. We are now successfully transferred the fastest mobile browser.
  6. Now, highlight BOLT, we will edit some Application settings, follow the steps below:
    1. then Options > Application Access> Communication> Network Access> then Select Ask First Time Only.
    2. then press back to Options> Application Access> Communication> Connectivity> then Select Ask First Time Only
    3. then press back to Options again> Application Access> Data Access> Read User Data> then Select Ask Everytime
    4. for the last time press back to Options> Application Access> Data Access> Add and Edit Data> then Select Ask Everytime
  7.  After editing Application Settings, we will now proceed to the Configuration Settings. This is just for s40 users. Download this prov file using a pc. Then if your pc have a bluetooth device then you can directly transfer the prov file into your mobile phone. Prov file or provisioning file are configurations for s40 users because unlike s60 phones, we cannot manually edit our access points so we need this thing. Proceeding, If you dont have a bluetooth device you can copy and paste this prov file into any bluetooth capable mobile phones, most especially china phones. Once you copy and pasted the prov file into another phone, then transfer it to your mobile phone via bluetooth and you will receive Configuration Setting just like when we are requesting for GPRS Settings for network Providers here in the Philippines. Save those Configurations and activate this as default setting in all applications.
  8. Browse your phone, Go to Menu -> Settings -> Configuration Settings -> You should see this under Default Configuration Settings - "MYPROV.CO.CC bolt", if not go and select it.
  9. We are still under Configuration Settings, Now go to Preferred Access Point, and select MYPROV GPRS. Then you could see the "Activate Default in all Applications" still under Configuration Settings, go and select it and choose YES. We're done here in Configuring Phone Settings.
  10. Go back into the Bolt and open it. You woul see the Network Settings. Go down and find the Filter box. Type all that is in red font color, *(global-4-lvs-us5.boltbrowser.net\) .
  11. Then choose HTTP as Proxy type.
  12. Then type in Proxy Server , twitter.globe.com.ph
  13. Then Press Ok. After that it will install for few seconds or minutes but thats worst.
  14. Terms of Conditions will pop up, just select Yes ,of course.
  15. Installation is successful if you were redirected in the home page of bolt. You would see three tabs.  These are HISTORY, FAVORITES (this is the active tab), and FEEDS with GETJAR as the first bookmarked site. We are almost done!
  16. Press Menu -> Preferences -> Unmark HTTPS and if there is some annoying pop ups just select OK. The purpose of unmarking the HTTPS is for us to be able to login to sites that requires login information.
  17. SAVE!!!!!!!!Don't  use it yet. Exit first.
  18. Open your Bolt again and just press down arrow and press OK.
  19. Congratulations! You may now use the fastest mobile browser!
For the Smart users, just stand by because I will be working for you too. Im a Globe user so I prefer to try this trick for GLOBE first.

kapag di pa rin gumana sayo.try this...im so sure you have Configurations from GLobe?right?yung pinakauna nilang isesend sau pag nagpaactivate ka ng GPRS. un ang gamitin mo. i mean yun ang iactivate mong Config Settings tapos piliin mo ung myGlobe Connect as Access Point. tapos sa Network Settings naman, leave everything untouch. kung pano mo sila nadatnan dapat gnun. ung Filter at Proxy Server dapat blank. tapos ung Proxy type dapat no proxy. ung Front Query lang ieedit natin.heto itype mo - "www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp@" . Note: hindi kasama ung mga quotation marks. Feedback please.

www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp

everything blank and untouched maliban sa Front Query. Subscribe to receive the most updated settings for FBT.eto latest post ko for BOLT.
