Step 1
1. Register an account https://libertyhero.com/getlibertyhero/
2. Download LibertyHero+OpenVPN 2.2.1.rar | 1.386 MB (for GLOBE/SMART UDP&TCP w/ auto-fingering combined auto-flushdns) 
3. Then just edit pass.txt. Put your own username and password.
4. Connect and Enjoy!
