And choose one of the following listed below and put it in proxy server:

In download block you may set 5mb then save it.
You can now do browsing any site you want
In UcWeb 7.8 , 7.9 , 8.0 you can set until 100mb in download block size or you can decide what block size you want to put in.
Downloads: (just rename it to .jar)
