Step 1

1.Register an account at http://s1.wepn.info then click "I AGREE".

Note: Please login within 5 minutes in openvpn after getting your username and password because it will show an error of auth_failed and because of that you need again to create a new account.

Step 2
Download wePN SSL_0.2.exe, then install. After which, edit the config. Change the "nobind" into "lport 53" then the "auth-user-pass pass.txt" into "auth-user-pass pass.txt" tapos edit nyo lang ung config palitan nyo ung "nobind" ng "lport 53" tapos ung "auth-user-pass" palitan nyo ng "auth-user-pass pass.txt". Then create a pass.txt file inside that folder and input or type your username and password you save earlier. CONNECT and ENJOY!
